When you join the waitlist, we store your first name and your email address. We also store the name of the person who referred you, if you arrived through their link, and the campaign tags in the link. We use this to send you news about DM Copilot and to pay the right affiliate.
When you use DM Copilot, the product stores the conversations you choose to import, the notes it makes about each lead, and the messages it drafts. This is your data. It is not shared with other members, and it is not sold.
Your account and your conversations are stored in the European Union, in Ireland. Our database provider is Supabase.
To read a conversation and draft a message, the product sends the text of that conversation to our AI providers, Google and Anthropic. These providers process the text in the United States. They act for us under a data processing agreement, and they do not use your data to train their models.

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete it within 30 days. You can delete any single lead at any time from inside the product.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@buyercreator.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
This website stores one small value in your browser: the name of the person who referred you. It lasts 90 days. It is used only to pay the right affiliate. We do not run advertising trackers on this page.
